•    Supplier contracts

4. Request Procedure

Submit a formal written request to the Information Officer using Form 2 (available on the Information Regulator’s website). See: https://inforegulator.org.za/paia/ 

5. Fees

An access fee may apply. You will be informed of any cost before processing begins.

6. Grounds for Refusal

We may refuse access to records if they relate to:

• Third-party information
• Confidential business information
• Personal information that may cause harm
